Seal and be done. Direct curing is achieved by irradiation with a high-quality special LED. In addition to the cartridge (LED not included), you can also buy a LED in maxi format for curing larger surfaces and a faster working process. Ask us about it. Suitable for a variety of surfaces: metal, enamel, concrete, glass, wood, and plastic (except ABS, PE, PMMA, PP, PTFE, and silicone).
Application
- The base surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Tape the edges of the Sealant if necessary. Make sure that the maximum seal depth does not exceed 7 mm.
- Curing with blue light: Hold the special LED at a maximum distance of 1 cm from the sealant and cure for 10 to 20 seconds per spot. The curing time depends on the depth of the seal.
